Yet they altered the icon on medkits, and censored the Wolfenstein levels to all hell in Doom 2 by removing the SS soldiers, removing the wolfenstein music, wolfenstein stage names, and all nazi imagery Censored Doom 1 and 2, they claimed in interviews that they wouldn't alter Doom 1 or 2 cause that would just be blasphemy or something along those lines, this was their excuse for not enhancing Doom 1 and 2's graphics like several PC mods have. (No flashlight shadows, imp fireballs do not cast shadows, no muzzle flash on the environments, no glow from the plasma gun, machine gun ammo display, or grabber gun) Missing lighting effects in several areas that the PC version had in 2004 and even the Xbox 1 version in some areas. A bug where entering a new room or hallway causes the game to freeze up for about 3 seconds like the data load is playing "catch up" Screen tearing out the ass and dynamic resolution that lowers itself far more often on ps3 than 360 Inconsistent framerate that does not achieve constant 60 fps as promised Horrible lag for the online play in Doom 3 Improper 16:9 aspect ratio for cutscenes (it's just a zoomed in 4:3 which cuts off some of the scenes)
Horrible load times on ps3 with no option for an install, 360 version loads in about 18-20 seconds, PC is like 5-10 seconds, PS3 is 45 seconds to 1 minute loads depending on the level Is not fixed till you reset the game completely A bug which causes the blood spatter effects to disappear if you go through a level load or load a saved game. A bug in RoE where using the heart artifact removes all weapon based particle effects permanently, no bullet impacts, no rocket effects, no explosions, no plasma effects, no BFG effects (LOL ironic) A glitch on the delta labs level where you get stuck in the level cause the elevator won't work, resulting in having to start the whole game over Horrible placement of the sprint button, no sprint toggle, no crouch toggle, and no customizable controls They do not deserve money for slapping together such a horrible excuse for a collection that spits in the face of long time Id Software fans.
Do not support Bethesda with lazy crap such as this.
