All the data is added within the HTML elements. These elements are the basic building blocks of HTML language. HTML tags always written in pair first tag is start and second tag is the end tag. The code written in Notepad must be saved with ‘.html’ extension. The code created in Notepad or WordPad can be displayed on any Web Browser present in the system. HTML coding can be performed through Notepad or WordPad. HTML is not a programming language but it is a markup language. Hyper Text Markup Language is abbreviated as HTML.
